Information for Customers
Tuesdays between 11 am and 12:30 pm, follow these directions to enter the St. John’s parking lot:
- Coming from the south on Cerrillos Road or St. Francis Drive, turn right onto Cordova Road.
Coming from the north on Cerrillos Road or St. Francis Drive, turn left onto Cordova Road. - From Cordova Road, turn left onto Don Diego Avenue, Don Gaspar Avenue Seville Road, or Madrid Road.
- Turn right onto East Barcelona and continue until you see a line of cars on the right side of the road.
Note: This line extends to the the driveway just before the stop sign on Old Pecos Trail. - Take your place at the end of the line.
- When you turn into the driveway to St. John’s parking lot, a volunteer will direct you to the appropriate line.
NOTE: First-time customers must turn left to one of two lines where a volunteer will take your information to create an account for you and will give you a personalized white card that allows you to go through the express line on your next visit.
On Tuesday afternoon, between 4:45 and 6:30 pm, existing and new customers may park in the parking lot at the corner of Barcelona and Old Pecos Trail. For this distribution, existing customers need to present their white card; new customers to register.
Can I get food for friends or family?
Except for Thanksgiving distributions, you may pick up food for others if they have been previously registered and have completed a proxy form giving you permission to pick up their food.
How do I Get my Food?
Morning Distribution: 11 am – 12:30 pm
- If you are a registered customer, place your white card on the dashboard before you arrive at the entrance to St. John’s parking lot.
- Volunteers at the entrance to the parking will direct you to the appropriate line. A volunteer at the distribution table will show you where to stop your vehicle.
NOTE: If the back of your car is locked or difficult to open, please open it before you arrive at the distribution table. - When you arrive t the distriboution table, volunteers will place food in the trunk or on the back seat of your vehicle.
- After the food is loaded, follow the signs to exit on Old Pecos Trail.
NOTE: If you do not have a car, walk up to the door of the pantry and check in and get food.
Afternoon Distribution: 5-6:30 pm:
- Do not park in the parking lot allowed before 4:45 pm.
- At 4:55, a volunteer will open the door to the pantry and have you select a random number, which determines your place in line.
- Line up at the table where a volunteer will check you in or register you.
- Volunteers will direct you around the tables to select food.
